With The Fast Diet, you will not be hungry
and you will lose weight up to 4 or 6 lbs in 5 days.
The Fast diet must not be exceed these 5 days due to its low caloric level.
When you following The Fast Diet, it's recommended
to drink at least 4 glasses of water per day, and dressed salads
with vinegar and lemon juice.
DAY 1 of the Fast Diet:
Breakfast:

1 boiled egg
1 slice of fresh cheese
1 toast of whole-wheat bread
1 cup of tea without sugar, or with sweetener as substitute
Lunch:
1 slice of fresh cheese
Salad with lettuce, cucumber, radish and parsley
1 slice of melon
Dinner:
1 roasted breast of chicken without skin
Salad with lettuce and tomato
1 orange and mandarin
DAY 2 of the Fast Diet:
Breakfast:
1 orange
1 boiled egg
1 slice of fresh cheese
1 toast of whole-wheat bread
1 cup of tea without sugar, or with sweetener as substitute
Lunch:
1 portion of roasted chicken
2 tomatoes
1 apple
Dinner:
1 grilled steak
Salad with lettuce and tomato
1 slice of melon
DAY 3 of the Fast Diet:
Breakfast:
1 orange
1 boiled egg
1 slice of fresh cheese
1 cup of tea without sugar or with sweetener as substitute
Lunch:
1 orange
Salad with lettuce, parsley, cucumber and radish
Dinner:
1 fish fillet roasted
Steamed broccoli
6 dry plums
DAY 4 of the Fast Diet:
Breakfast:

1 cup of tea without sugar or with sweetener as substitute
Lunch:
1 yogurt natural
Salad with lettuce, beet and cucumber
Dinner:
4 slices of turkey
Lettuce with 2 little tomatoes
1 slice of watermelon
DAY 5 of the Fast Diet:
Breakfast:

1 cup of tea without sugar, or with sweetener as a substitute
Lunch:
2 boiled eggs
Salad with cucumber, carrot, 1 tomato and ricotta cheese

1 portion of grilled red meat
Steamed broccoli
